PBM HOLDS ANNUAL PRAYERS AND AWARDS 2022/2023 BEST PERFOMERS

On 20th October 2023, PBM Construction Company holds an annual prayers and celebrations at Funland- Family and Events Park in Area 25. On this day different high-level guests were invited and most of them came at the event. The sole purpose of the event was to hold prayers in order to thank God for the successful year and asking his mercy and guidance on the year ahead. In addition to that, the event also recognized the most outstanding and top performers in 2022/2023 year.

The day started with mass prayers that were led by Father. Zulu. Different gifts were given to the church as token of appreciation to God’s grace and mercy towards the company’s success and exponential growth. After the prayers, the Managing Director, Dr. Peter Matipwiri recognized the top performers and outstanding staff and teams. Topping the event was the water team that was recognized as the best team and was given a certificate and prize money. The most independent team was given to Funland-Family and Events Park, the most improved team was given to Finance team. Some of the most influential and top performers were Mercy Salama (Accountant Officer), Harry Saiwa (Procurement Officer), Florence Banda (Executive Assistant), Emmanuel Ingolosi (Logistics Officer) and Mr. Herald (Project Foreman). Topping the list of the most outstanding performer in individual category was given to Tawonga Gondwe (Engineer) who given a certificate and prize money.

The event ended on a high note as staff had party that ended at around 10pm. The staff had time to chat and relax while they were dancing and eating. Unlike many other years, this year’s event was successful and colorful as it also coincided with a ten-year anniversary.
