PBM OFFICES RELOCATES TO AREA 43

After operating for more than 10 years (after its opening in September 2013) in Area 25, PBM offices have finally moved to Area 43. The new offices are now located in Area 43, off Ufulu road opposite Emmanuel University. This conducive environment has been specifically chosen to increase staff focus, concentration and productivity.

After relocating to Area 43, the old offices that are in Area 25 will be turned into workshop whereby a workshop manager will be responsible for all operations of the place. Essentially, the workshop will have four separate divisions (welding and fabrication, motor vehicle repairing division, concrete products division and briquettes production site)

The old offices (in Area 25) will be working towards the commercialization venture whereby everything that will be carried out at the site will be done in order to make profits. For example, the production of concrete blocks, welding and fabrication, motor vehicle repairing and briquettes production will be done in order to realize profits from those business ventures. Different individuals  and organizations will be allowed to repair their vehicles at the site. The welding and fabrication division will also be commercialized whereby people or organizations will be allowed repair and fabricate their materials at the site. The concrete products will be sold to PBM Construction company as a primary customer and to other companies and individuals.  

The new offices in Area 43 will be used as central management point whereby all activities under PBM GROUP (in which PBM Construction is part of) will be coordinated by the team which will be based there.
