Our drilling team consists of over 25 staff as well as 2 rigs with the capacity to handle 2 Boreholes simultaneously. With variety of hammer sizes, we are able to drill diameters larger than 200mm and depth of nearly 150m. Headed by our Drilling Superintendents, our team is able to conduct in-house Geophysical surveys, Drilling, Borehole Development, as well as Pump testing.

With over 10-years in commercial construction, our team is equipped with Engineers and Superintendents specialized in ensuring the highest quality product to our customer in minimal time. In Commercial construction, our team is licensed and has the capacity to build large scale and complex structures.

Our team has been active in the Heavy Civil category since 2017 and has a breadth of expertise in ensuring that organizational and governmental needs have been met. In addition, our team specialized in heavy and small-scale water schemes and has been actively working with non-profit organizations in Malawi since 2021 in providing water to thousands of people around the country.

Equipped with our in-house design team, PBM has embarked on large scale design and build projects since 2017. Design and Build narrows down the vision of the customer to an Architectural and Engineering drawings at 90% reduced cost to the customer, providing the customer with substantial savings. With our Design and Build Service, engage the client through a Design Phase that ends when the client is satisfied with their design, then the construction phase that allows the client to make unlimited modifications to the structure whilst maintaining their budget constraints.
